games unsmooth under 110fps

fps limiter gives lines on the screen, i have 60ghz monitor and vsync give a load of input lag ;s
so but how does it come that its unsmooth under 110 fps

If you have a 60hz monitor, you are getting lines at 110 FPS or higher. It is called tearing, and tearing happens anytime v-sync is not on and with double your refresh rate in FPS, tearing is abundant. Again, try a FPS limiter. Maybe set it to 90, and see how that goes.

the tearing is not a problem for me, its just that sometimes the game feels so laggy even tho i still have 90 or smth fps. I just wonder how thats possible, it only feels smooth ABOVE 110fps, and the tearing is no issue for me

Thats not the problem, i would be happy if it felt smooth on 70 fps but somehow it just feels so laggy when im not getting 110 fps

I don't understand...

If you need 110 FPS for the experience you want, then you need a setup that can achieve those requirements.

Unless something is wrong with your system, which is possible, it is likely just you just are more sensitive to latency. I am too, though I feel good at 80 FPS. I picked up a 120hz monitor to better experience those 80 FPS, and got two high end video cards to help drive those FPS.
