I have 8 gigs of F3-14900CL9D-GBXL Gskill ram from my current board. I would like to use it on my Maximus IV Extreme Z. I have checked the ASUS website and this model is not listed. It is approved for the Gene model. Is there any reason I cannot run this on my new board, or are there things that would adversely affect its functioning?
