my gaming computer wont turn on

i just recently finished my first build and i dont know what i did wrong i checked the mother board and its plugged in the cpu and gpu is plugged in fine and my hardrive is working also i have one light turned on it looks like a power light
my computer is:
case : Cooler Master Elite 430 Mid Tower
power supply: Seasonic M12II-650 BRONZE ATX 650 Power Supply
motherboard: ASRock 970DE3/U3S3
CPU: AMD FX 6100 6-Core Processor, 3.3
RAM:Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB kit (4GBx2) DDR3-1600
GPU: im gonna upgrade my gpu but for now i have a NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 2GB GDDR3
hard drive: Digital Caviar Blue 500 GB SATA III
Please help me!!!

no when i press the power button nothing happens but when i plug my computer in a light turns on and it looks like the power light. but the computer is not on

sorry but im not that good with computers but i think its plugged in i got the thing that says power plugged in in the power button spot also i just noticed that i have something from my cased that has 2 things and i plugged one to m power supply its the four circle thing from the cooler master 430 case

sorry but i cant take a picture but i found this on google: http://images17.newegg.com/is/image/newegg/12-186-117-TS?$S300W$
i have 2 of the white cable in that picture and i only connected 1 to the power supply what do i do to the second one? i dont have a cable to connect it to the power supply only a cable to connect it to the MB and i dont know if i have to connect it or just leave it alone

thank you so much my cpu fan and my gpu fan and psu are working sort of. the fan on my case doesnt spin. the only time the cpu gpu and psu spin is when i dont have the 8 pin plugged in next to the cpu. when i do plug it in nothing works also when its not plugged in i dont hit the power button the fans just start spinning on there own please help
