Hello everyone,
I've recently built a budget gaming PC for my girlfriend (specs below) and after a few days its started having some problems. Every time she attempts to shut the computer down it goes to the Win 7 shutdown screen and then the screen becomes fuzzy and distorted and will not shut down unless she holds the power button. I have little experience with AMD builds so I'm not sure what the issue is here. I checked the drivers and updated the bios but we're still having this problem. If anyone has an idea please let me know.
