It says on Newegg that the 7870XT is discontinued? Are they not gonna be selling it anymore?

Newegg frequently does this when they are out of stock on something. It will be up shortly.

The never settle offer is something Radeon is giving away, not that Newegg is.
As for how long it will be out of stock, there's no way of telling.

It should be up in a week or two. A while ago it was discontinued but it was up a week later. As for the three games it is AMD's Never Settle bundle. It does not matter where you buy it you will still get it.
