This thread is going to attract all sorts of third party commercial Spam for wonder-products which can help but few of them will. RAID is a risky system to use if not really needed because it spreads the data around as many disks as are linked in the array. Those data can only be recovered by linking all the disks back together. You could try setting up RAID again and using a simple utility like Recuva to get back what you can.
