Black Screen of Death or Black Gaming Sceen of Death

, getting BlackSoD when playing BF3 ,and Planetside2. has been happening on/off while using the ATI 13.1 beta and 13.1 ATI drivers, .
Trying 12.10 ATI drivers now, to stop Blacksod,
I also used Synapse 2.0 updating Razer mouse, around the same time, after which small vertical bars of lines, would replace my normal mouse pointer. Synapse 2.0 removed from PC, switched to legacy razer drivers.

Games have run well in the past, on ultra settings. , blacksod problem first started when upgrading to ATI driver 13. ? beta, and letting Razer's Synapse 2.0 mouse, update.

current ATI is 12.10

Notes:
PSU & amps; the 12 vote rail, not working for BF3 , can be an issue, how to test. ?
Have run graphics benchmarks today, at highest level no problems.
Ran a quick memtest , only for 4 runs, and 3 runs, different days, no errors

Were those temps taken in game or at idle? It sounds like either overheating or a power supply issue to me. Also, what gpu do you have? I don't see it listed anywhere...
