I currently have the Asus K55A i5 3210m with HD 4000. I am able to play every new game on it (tried many demos) and they run quite well in medium and in some games high settings and DX11. The Toshiba laptop you selected, with a 17 inch screen, AMD HD 7670 and the i5 3230m is better in every way. It also will have an HD 4000 which you can set it to use when you want to save battery life. The HD 7670 is a much nicer GPU. Not only does it have 2 GB of VRAM, the GPU processors are much better for gaming than the HD 4000. Between the two, the Toshiba is the obvious winner. Bigger screen, bigger HDD, faster CPU, faster GPU, and a higher resolution. Plus, you can upgrade the RAM and add a SSD and that laptop will be one sick gaming machine.

The Lenovo is more of a power saving, battery friendly, more portable laptop. The 3337u CPU uses about half the power. The smaller screen means less battery use. It can still play most new games, but not on the higher settings that the Toshiba can.

If you want the most powerful, get the Toshiba. if you want a laptop that can last longer between charges and is easier to lug around, the Lenovo is fine. Personally, I'd get the gaming beast and just leave it plugged in when gaming and if I need to stretch the battery, then you can switch off the HD 7670m and dim the backlight a little.
