Solution
Glad it's helpful for you. You can stick with AMD but Intel is much better for Photoshop, and most of adobes programs.

Regarding the SSD, I left it out cause you wanted to save a little money but if you want an SSD, I would get the Samsung 128GB.

Okay well here is a build that might fit your needs, and will keeps things open for upgrades far into the future!

CPU: i5 3570K $219.00 - Overclockable and is considered the best gaming CPU.

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-D3H LGA 1155 Intel Z77 $139.00 - A very reliable motherboard with a nice price tag
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128546

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB $62.00 (It seems like RAM prices dramatically risen, but you might find a better deal for these) - 8GB is enough for any size job and with 1600Mghz, its plenty fast.

GPU:
For this you have two options, the AMD route or the Nvidia one
~$170.00
Nvidia - GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB

AMD - Radeon 7850

----OR----

~$200.00
Nvidia - GTX 660

~$250.00
AMD - Radeon 7870

Case: Rosewill CHALLENGER Black Gaming ATX $49.00 - Amazing case for that price! It even comes with room for cable management and an internal SSD
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147153

HDD: WD Caviar Blue/Black with the desired space you want. $74.00 would get you a Caviar Black 500GB which is not back at all
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822236345

CPU HeatSink: Hyper 212 + $30.00 - Everyone and their mother will recommend this fan for its good temps and cheap price.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065

PSU: CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W $90.00 - Will give you enough power to run a second card if you want in the future and is extremely reliable.

DVD/CD Burner: Asus, LG, Samsung they all sell them for around $18.00 so if its from a good company and around that price, it's good. I found an Asus 24X one for $20.00 to give you an idea

You can solve this in one of many ways.

1. You can connect the 24" with an HDMI (If able) and the rest with DVIs
2. if you have no HDMI connection, you can get an HDMI(F) to DVI(M)
3. Use the build in DisplayPort and convert it into DVI or VGA (What ever you need)

If you are still stuck just let me know.
