Side Panel Fans - How to put back into power supply?

I just finished putting a new GPU into my system. Just as I was closing it I accidentely dropped the side panel with the fan wires plugged in (They are non-controllable fans, they do not fit into the 'sys fan' motherboard slot) and ripped them out somewhere.

My side panel fans aren't the greatess, and they're not really that appealing, but I'd still like to plug them back in.

As they are non-controllable, where do I put the wires? They are black and red, coming out of a PCB on the side of the panel.

With a 2 pin motor, reversing the polarity will only cause the fan to spin in reverse; so just try it. If it spins in the right direction, solder it -- if not, solder it in the opposite configuration

They are not currently plugged in because I have no idea where they drew power from. Can you explain where I should try to put them?

OK, you didn't mention the case model but I assume you have something like the Level 10 GT which has a feature by which the fan is powered by an electro-mechanical connection between the panel and the case. Two choices:

1. Replace the fan with one with either a MoBo header or Molex connection.
2. Figure a way to re-connect the wires from where they were ripped out.

I'll try and get some pictures, but I will explain it in greater detail.

Imagine a side panel with two 120mm fans, plugged into a pcb dividing the fans. From that, a wire went into the system, but it was never in the sys fan output. I'm guessing it was connected directly to the power supply somehow. The wires are black and red.
