Sata 3gb or Sata 6gb??

Firstly its not "3gb" its "3 gig per second", it is to do with bandwidth and speed. 6gb/s is faster but wont make any hardware faster than it is, 6gb/s is great for SSDs but wont make much difference in normal HDDs. However SSDs are becoming more common and having 6gb/s is very useful as well as future proofing (to a point).
