Best AM3+ mobos under $100 for Phenom 965 BE?

Ill try to make this simple. Ive decided to build a gaming PC for a friend, and this will be my first build. Price is a definite concern though. After a LOT of going over parts on newegg, I decided to buy the AMD Phenom ii x4 965 Black Edition CPU. The parts list looks sorta like this:

However, I still really cant decide on the motherboard for certain. I was going to get the ASRock 970 Extreme 3, but I couldnt be certain that the Kingston Hyper X memory I wanted to get would be compatible with it.

Again though, there are a few other options that might be better, and I really dont know what Im looking for. I also though onboard graphics might be a good thing to have in case I install the graphics card wrong somehow, or in case it goes out. But it seems the only boards with that are the micros, with very few slots and whatnot.

So....any ideas?
