First Build : What do I need to buy that I haven't mentioned

Those are the components I've already got planned, now since this is my first build (moreover I know very little about building a PC) I need to know what else is necessary, do I need a wireless adapter, a sound card, do I need to buy certain cables, or will these be included in the components I am purchasing. Please tell me anything I haven't got down in the above list. By the way, this rig is for gaming.

board will probly have sound. so leave that for now.
board might have wireless, so check.
Make sure the psu is cx600 corsair as a minimum quality.
You cannot save money on that item.
If you want to save a few $ buy the ssd, and use an old hdd drive from an old pc as storage, for now.

Your list looks fairly complete. Most mobo manufacturers provide extra cables in their box. Depending on the mobo you may not need a wireless adapter or sound card. The only other thing I would add would be thermal paste for your heats ink although most heat sink manufacturers also include that as well - many here go for something like Arctic Silver.

These are the core components. You should concentrate on these things as they are the most important parts of your PC. You don't need anything more than that - as you are either wasting money or you're buying the same part twice.

These are the peripherals. You don't need to put tons of money into these except for the speakers - with PC audio you get what you pay for - you pay $20 for speakers and they'll sound like tin cans. Pay $200 for speakers and you'll get a set that will last you a long time.
