I see no point to buy a i5-3570k if you dont want to plan to overclock...
Hd 7870 will do fine in high-ultra settings at 1080p ~ 35-75 fps depending on games

The only issue left will be the GPU. For BF4 you will want something more powerful if you want to play on high-ultra. If this goes over your budget I can bring it down some.
