I have the HIS IceQ 7950 and it is beastly.
It has a single centrifugal fan so It blows out all of the hot air out of your case, not into it.
Also, This card is and amazing overclocker. The temperature is always under 70c while gaming. The card is also very quiet.
This is a great choice for a HD 7950.
Also, It's the cheapest out of most options!
