Hello,

A little over a year ago I put together a budget build for a friend that wants to use it for surfing, videos, and just basic stuff ...

He never got around to purchasing it, but now wants it, and I know a lot has probably changed. I admit I have not been keeping up with the changes as i've been extremely busy.

Below is what I put together last year for him, can you please give me feedback and updates as to what I should use for this build in this day and time?

You didn't mention if you need to buy the OS or not, so I didn't include that.

You are right about the price on the RAM. I was just going by what PCPartPicker had listed. You should be able to find 4GB for around $30 somewhere.

And, yes, this setup is better because the cpu is the new Trinity which are way better than the Llannos.
