Opinions on my 1st build ever?

Well theese are my parts and i was wondering what you guys thought of them.
Feel free to leave your honest opinion and maybe what i could upgrade to make better

CPU - Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W

HDD - Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"

RAM (BOUGHT) - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

Optical Drive - LITE-ON Black 18X DVD-ROM 48X CD-ROM SATA DVD-ROM

GPU - EVGA 02G-P4-2680-KR GeForce GTX 680 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16

Mother Board - ASRock Z77 Extreme6 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0

Power Supply - Thermaltake SMART Series SP-750PCBUS 750W ATX 12V 2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC

SSD (Possibly, might buy not sure) - SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series MZ-7PD128BW 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC

Im building this for gaming, video editing and modeling some of the programs i will be running are: Adobe After Effects CS6, Adobe Photoshop CS6, Sony Vegas and Cinema 4
 
1. Go for an Intel Core i7-3770K.

2. Get a CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, Phanteks PH-TC14PE, or Noctua NH-D14.

3. Get another set of 8GB (2x 4GB) RAM.

4. GTX 670 over the GTX 680. GTX 670 is only marginally weaker for $100 less. The GTX 680 is not worth its price.

5. Get a PSU from a more reputed manufacturer such as Corsair, PC Power & Cooling, Seasonic, or XFX.

6. You'll want a case if you don't already have one.

Alright well ima go ahead and upgrade the PSU and get the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler
