Should I wait for the 780 or should I just go with 7970 or titan?

I have a HD 7870, and you know what, I love it. If you can afford a Titan, GO FOR IT! lol, if you want a GTX 780, go for it. If you want a HD 7970... You get my point here. The best card out of all these is the Titan. You won't need to upgrade for a while if you purchase a Titan. IMO, your money would be better spent on a 780 because it's basically a slightly less powerful Titan. If you want a bundle pack of games, you should go with the HD 7990 which is coming soon. It's up to you and what you can afford, you really can't go wrong with any high end card.
