Already have a monitor 1900x1080.

Games i would be playing Minecraft,Mw2,Black ops 2,Skyrim,Battlefield3,Combat arms,Runescape.

Software i use daily After effects,Cinema 4d,Sony Vegas

Do i really need windows 8 i don't like it at all and no i don't think of overclocking it and i was wondering can you make it better im not getting a keyboard or mouse anymore ^.^ i feel like it needs to be a little bit better :) sorry for asking for so much

Note: if you don't intend to overclock, you could drop the CPU cooler and add a GTX 660.

Edit: The combo is no longer in effect. If you wish to cut costs, consider downgrading to a 3470 or a 3350p and removing the cooler.
