Adding two Routers to the network

I am running small business. The business is giving internet connection to the apartment. I have 8mbps dsl line connected to a linksis wag120n router. From lan port of the router i ran two cat5 cable to one net gear 24 switch and one to d link 25 port switch. Total 40 connections there. The problem now i am facing is very slow internet. When i go through internet some suggested to reduce the broadcasting domain of the network by adding one more router to the network. Can you please suggest how can i set up two wag120n router for each 24 port switch?
