Most likely the best cpu you could put in that system is a q9650 (i think thats the best performing Quad for the LGA775 socket). You don't need any more ram. Your graphics card is certainly no slouch, but won't get you top gaming performance. The guys on Toms would tell you not to waste money on upgrading your system, and try save something for a more upto date system. Something with an i3/i5 , Athlon II X4 965 or the likes. These would be good entry level gaming computers. There are posts and indeed stickies on Toms where you can check out different builds that the guys put together, and choose one that suits your budget.

My opinion, don't waste your money with the old system. You can buy a new mobo/cpu/ram, and add some parts from your existing pc, to put together a nice little gaming machine, which will give you much better gameplay.

Well first off you have an old s775 celeron, have you overclocked this? Newer games are really starting to benefit from more cores.
Also the 650 is a really weak card.

What resolution are you playing at?
How much money are you willing to spend?
What games do you play?

Your best bet as said would be to build a new rig. You could savage some of the parts from your old one and thus save some money. Such as the GPU but then again the GTX 650 is on the low side for a gaming rig. You would have enough memory but that would only hold true if it is DDR3 but given the age of your rig it may very well be DDR2 and would there for not work in a new board.

You could always sell your PC for extra cash if needed, someone out there could use it. Just make sure you find what you are looking for first then tell the buyer to have the money ready. It'll be easier if you have another working PC so incase you have a problem and need to use the internet.

This is a good system. However, you could build n identical one, with room/options for upgrades/overclocking for a whole lot less. For the sake of convenience though it would serve your needs.

Your GTX650 will be much better than the GT630. You could simply swap that across. YOu would have to ensure that you have a good enough PSU, bt given that there is only about 50w difference between the two cards I think you could be safe. Maybe ask or more specs on it, so we can see what PSU is in that system. I was unable to get specs from the website you provided.
