Hi there guys, I just wondered if a GTX 650 Ti is powerful enough to play games like Simcity 5, Slender, and other games that use about that much GPU power? All of your coments help!

How OP is going to throw an extra £100 onto a graphics card at this notice is beyond me. Believe it or not, you can play at less-than-ultra settings without your eyeballs imploding, y'know. It is possible.

Depends on resolution you play. At full HD it might not be able to max out everything. But at some lower resolution it will be able to max out for games like SimCity. In all it depends at what resolution you play? You might also want to take a look at ATI 7770 it also good card if you are getting it a lower price then GTCx 650Ti then go for it otherwise GTX is also good.
But let me know your resolution otherwise your card can be a overkill.

Just so you know, bryonhowley, a GTX 670 is way out of the amount that I can spend on a video card. I can probably spend a maximum of £150.
I guess I could get a HD 7850 for better performance.

If I was going to spend £150 on a GPU, I'd go for a GTX 660. That outclasses the HD 7850 at most things. A 1GB 7850 would be good though. Is there any noticeable performance differences between having 1 or 2GB on a video card?

Can you get a 660 for £150? As for 1Gb vs 2Gb games 2 years + old it makes no difference at all in some newer games it does and it looks like future games will need more and more. The resolution makes a big difference as well below 1080 1Gb is fine above 2Gb is definitely worth it @ 1080 its debatable.
