Deus Ex: Human Revolution makes everything blurry

When I start Deus Ex: Human Revolution the little steam tab in the bottom right at the start of the application is blurry. Ingame everything is also blurry. Why is that?
I don't have FXAA activated ingame nor in the Nvidia control panel.

I play at 1080p and my screen is 1080p. I found that the problem is in the DX11. The blur from DX11 makes it look worse than DX9. Thanks for replying though.
