Here are the changes.

Swaped the motherboard for a higher quality one.
The RAM is faster.
The HDD has twice the capacity.
It now uses a high- qiality single rail power supply (major plus)
The case is, in my opinion better looking, but you have to make that choice yourself.
I also changed the monitor to a smaller, higher quality model.
And last but not least, the graphics card is now a HD 7970 which is quite a bit more powerfull.
