Only good brands available in my country are Cooler Master and Thermaltake.
I can buy other brands online but they cost over (US)$50 to ship x.x

Erm i guess maybe that the local store ships them in and they have to make a profit... so i guess they jack up the price

When it comes to PSUs, Cooler Master and Thermaltake are not good brands. Both have poor reputation in that regard. It would likely be worthwhile to pay the $50 for a SeaSonic, Antec, or Corsair rather than paying for another PSU if it fails. This is particularly true because a faulty PSU can cause severe damage to your system.

I concur with tiny voices, that's a very good build. One question: are we sure that RAM will fit with the cooler? I can't get a sense of the scale on those heat spreaders from that picture.

Edit: This may be because it's early where I am and I'm stupid in the morning.

i tink they should be able to fit

Good enough for me. If you change your mind, I KNOW this RAM will fit: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233186
That said, if you're confident in the G.Skill, I take no issue. Happy gaming!
