Hello

I am looking for a good motherboard that is not overpriced and supports
the Intel i5 - 3570(NOT K) and fits in the Antec Eleven Hundred case.

I was looking at this motherboard Z77A-G45 Thunderbolt??

And also what memory, power supply and graphics card should I get?

I want to be able to play black ops 2 easily and skyrim as well. The main about the computer is it needs to be very fast.

On the budget end, I'm partial to this one

MoBo - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131837

RAM - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233199

For GPU, it's all about budget .... I do every build thinking that someday, either from the getgo or down the road, a 2nd GFX card will be considered. Given AMD's current CF woes, that means nVidia:

GTX 650 Ti Boost - $170 - $175 (two of these toast a single GTX 680 or 7970 Ghz Ediution)

GTX 670 OC - $380 - $410 (Grab an 8 phase model for best overclocks)

At resolutions higher than 1920 x 1080, if using a single card, I'd lean AMD
