I have a Sony Vaio SVL2412M1EB desktop computer and have downgraded it to Windows 7. Each time a sound is played, there is a popping/clicking sound before and after it. It sometimes does it twice after the sound is played. It even does that when I click on windows on the internet where they don't make any sounds at all, like the YouTube homepage, ads coming up and even clicking off of my iTunes library, and the things I go onto on my desktop where they don't make any sounds as well, the popping/clicking sound still occurs. The speakers are built in to my computer. I have tried the sounds through my headphones, no popping/cracking sound coming from there. Just the built in speakers from my PC.
Is there a way to get rid of it? I find it so irritating. The speakers are absolutely clear, it's just the tiny popping/clicking sound.
Thank you.
