  1. Both your CPU and your motherboard are a bit out of date. You may wish to replace them with these:
    CPU: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B007SZ0E1K/?tag=pcpapi-20
    Mobo: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B007KTY4A6/?tag=pcpapi-20
Also, do you plan to overclock? If so, you should get a CPU cooler such as the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo. If not, it's likely not worthwhile to get a -k model CPU. Given that you had a -k CPU in place, I assumed that you wished to and selected a Z77 motherboard. If not, you can save money by using a B75 or H77.

In that case, you should consider the 3470 and the 3350p. The former is a fairly good non-overclocking processor, and the later is a slightly lower tier and lower priced non-overclocking CPU.

Yes. Both are Ivy Bridge Intel Core i5 series CPUs.

Edit: You will only need one, just to clarify.

It's not apex-tier, but it should be functional. The i7 3770k is generally held to be the best CPU for editing, but it would also raise your costs quite a bit. Similarly, the GTX 660 is outperformed by the Sapphire Radeon 7870 XT, which is about $50 more. It all comes down to how much you're willing to spend. That said, I don't think you'll be having a lot of problems, although you certainly won't be maxing Crysis 3.
