What PSU should I use with this setup?

Hello ! I hope to find some answer to this question. I am updating few parts on my rig and I have 500w at the moment. Parts I'm upgrading at the moment are:

ASUS M5A78L-M Mobo to MSi Z77A-G45
FX-4100 3.6GHz to i5 3570K 3.4GHz
8GB Standard Kingston RAM to 8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM

But after another Month I want to upgrade my GTX 660 TwinFrozr III by adding another one in SLI Mode.

The Question is, What PSU should I use for this setup? Because some people have told me 550W is enough, but I sense that it is not enough.

It's going to depend on which 500W PSU you have. They aren't all created equal. For example, just because your car has four wheels doesn't mean it can go 150MPH. You are going to be looking at a system draw of just over 400W I think for two 660s in SLI with a 3570k, You didn't give any real info on your PSU so I/we have no idea if it can do that. My guess is no. 360W-408W is normal on a 500W PSU.

The PSU I have is a Xigmatek PSU that came with my Xigmatek Asgard Black Edition case..
