Help me pick between these two

I'm looking to buy a new motherboard (for gaming, if it matters) to house my i5-3750k processor which I plan to get soon. I'll be buying a new case which should be large enough, so I don't think size should be a huge issue. I really would like one with 4 memory slots and at least 4 back-side USB ports (I have plenty of peripherals).

I'm looking to pay less than $100 and I've narrowed it down to this ASRock board and this MSI board.

Obviously the MSI board has price to its advantage, but I'm willing to spend $15 extra on a motherboard if there's a tangible difference. One (and only one) of the reviews on the MSI board mentions that it is easy to bend while putting in memory since the screws that attach it to the case are only on one side. Apparently the ASRock board comes with bloatware but as long as I can remove it that's no big deal. Also, the MSI board is microATX which (I believe) is smaller - is this necessarily a good thing or a bad thing? I don't want it to be cramped, I'd like plenty of room to install onboard fans or WLAN cards while leaving ample room between them and my sizeable GPU.

Any opinions on the two? The price difference is really quite negligible and they both have good reviews, but can anyone comment on how they perform in the long run (since many reviews are based off of first impressions)? I want one that will last, obviously.

I would get the z77 as then you have the option to overclock, which the B75 cannot. And MSI lost my recommendations when they started cheaping out on VRM quality (even though it was the AMD boards I still dont trust them). All boards come with bloatware, just install the software you need off of the install disk, not the auto OC stuff and whatnot.

Alright, I think I'll go with the ASRock. I've heard some questionable things about MSI boards anyways, I just wanted to make sure. And I agree, it's a great price for any good motherboard.
