Hey all,
I'm looking for a new FULL gaming rig (pc, moniter, mouse, speakers/headphones, etc)
Location: Canada
Purchase date: By the end of May
Preferences: I will be overclocking, a 3D moniter is a no no, a 20- 27 inch moniter, from amazon/newegg
Use: Only gaming

*Also, I will need a ssd to run my os off of

Thanks. Cheers!

I never pick keyboard and mouse for others because what works for me may not work for you.. They're more of a personal preference. Get what you like.

Note 1: I'm not really an audio guy, so you might just want to pick your own headphones/speakers. I really know next to nothing in that area.
Note 2: You can almost squeeze in a Sapphire Vapor-X 7970 Ghz Ed. on this budget, but since I was already somewhat over and lacking speakers, I let it out. You could afford it by dropping the SSD.
Note 3: Wasn't sure if you needed Windows, but you didn't mention it so I assumed you had a copy. If not, you should sacrifice either the monitor (switching down to a non-144hz) or the SSD.

looks great, might just get a slightly better graphics card, but thanks mate! cheers!

True, but he only specified the SSD for Windows. Thus, I assumed that he merely wanted a small SSD to serve as a boot drive. Between that and already running a tad short on money, I made the cuts to the SSD first (down from the very SSD you chose, in fact).
