Hello,
There should be options of H position and V position settings in your monitor. Check out the menu buttons and find it. If you have asus, press MENU on monitor then IMAGE settings. It will be same for you too or you can go to catalyst and change from going to MY VGA DISPLAYS then IMAGE SETTINGS.
