I just upgraded to a Sapphire 7950 boost. Doing nothing my usage will jump from 0% to 50%-65%, core clock from 300 MHz to 925 MHz, Mem Clock from 150 MHz to 1250 MHz, and then back down. Does it constantly every few seconds. I also have a second new 7950 and it does the same thing in my pc. If i put both cards in, not crossfired, only gpu 2 has the spikes. I have tried useing Afterburned and over/under powered, tried different clock settings, I dont know what it can be.
