Hey guys just got FC3 and my machine should be able to run on ultra with 40+ fps at the current resolution. But I'm not getting more than 30 fps. Here is my system. What do you think the problem is?

[MSI B75MA-E33 Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard]

[EVGA GeForce GTX 660 Ti SC 2GB Video Card]

[Antec VSK-3000 MicroATX Mid Tower Case]

Wow thanks that helped a lot. I'm getting 90 FPS now. Is there something I can increase since I'm getting such high fps? What exactly was causing the low fps? If you know.

Good rule of thumb - try a game on Ultra, and if you're getting less than the fps you want, lower AntiAliasing. Or use FXAA through the driver. With that setup you should be running all games on Ultra, but the most demanding ones like Hitman, Crysis 3, and Far Cry 3 you'll need to turn down the AA.

I see people running it though in like Ultra everything on 1080p and they run fraps and still get around 40 fps. Do you know why I wouldn't be able to?

No sorry i don't know.:(

Shadows are badly optimized, you lose a lot of performance if you max it, keep it at high :D
