Does the ASUS P8Z77-V PRO have or need NVIDIA CHIPSET DRIVERS?

Some time ago I met an error on ARMAIII that seen me reinstalling my graphics drivers using Driver Cleaner.
I selected to clean PHYSX, Graphics Drivers and NVIDIA Chipset drivers.

I have heard that I should not have uninstalled these NVIDIA Chipset drivers, but also heard that not all motherboards need them or whatnot?

I have an eVGA GTX 670 FTW, ASUS P8Z77-V PRO, 314.22 Graphics drivers, 9.12.1031 PHYSX software and no NVIDIA Chipset drivers.

What are the NVIDIA Chipset drivers? Do I need them? Where can I find them?

Any help is much appreciated.

Your motherboard has a Z77 Intel chipset so uses drivers for that, not nVidia. You've got the right nVidia drivers. The chipset drivers came on the CD with your motherboard or you can download them from Asus.

Yep that'd be it I have the Intel chipset drivers and on the motherboard CD they are also listed for install. I was just worried that I had accidentally uninstalled some important drivers but it would appear not.
This thread is pretty much answered now :)
