I want to buy a new graphics card of AMD or NVidia I have budget of 110$ so please tell me which is best graphics card under my budget I am so confused

AMD, because for $110 that puts you right at the price range of a 7770, which is the only card actually worth buying at the bottom tier of cards. Nvidia doesn't get competitive until the 650Ti, which is a good $50 more.
