ethernet limited connection

I have just come back home and realised my Internet is not working, after a couple reboots and still nothing I decided to uninstall my wired driver, I then reinstalled it and still nothing. I have a ethernet, limited message under connection.
Help is appreciated.

Fixed this, if anyone else has the same problem here is what I did:
go to start ,search and type:cmd, right click on cmd.exe and select "run as administrator" at the prompt type:-


net localgroup Administrators /add networkservice
press enter then type:
net localgroup Administrators /add localservice
press enter then type:
exit
press enter and restart your computer
