I have an Asus U46E that has recently developed a glitch (I assume). The computer constantly indicated to me that the audio jack has a device plugged in and then a device has been disconnected even when there is nothing plugged into the audio jack. Anyone else seen this problem? Is it a bug?

prly a short in that port on the computer. my headphone jack on the front of my PC is sucky and doesn't always see headphones plugged into it.
