You might want to get the low profile ram as that cooler is very big and my cover your ram slots. Only suggestions I have on lowering the cost is a cheaper case and go with the CM 212 evo cooler. This might save you about $60-$80 depending on the case. Since you have a monitor, keyboard, mouse and os listed, it will be hard to get it under $1000 unless you find some good deals or sales.
