Hi,

I'm making my first PC. I have selected all the components. You can see them below.

Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LX Intel Motherboard

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K S1155 3.4GHz 6MB Processor

Graphics Card: Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz CL9 Vengeance Low Profile Blue Performance Desktop Memory Kit

RAM: Asus ATI Radeon 7750 HD 800Mhz 1GB PCI-Express 3.0 HDMI DirectCU Silent

SSD: Intel Solid State Drive 330 Series 120GB

Optical Drive: LiteOn IHAS120-04 20x SATA Super AllWrite Internal Half-Height DVDRW

Computer Case: COOLER MASTER Silencio 550 PC Tower Case (RC-550)

PSU: Corsair HX750 - power supply - 750 Watt

Will all these components work together?
Will this build be easy to improve/upgrade in the future?
Have I succeeded in trying to make a relatively quiet build?
Do all these components have a good reputation?

I have researched quite a bit myself, but I would like to hear what somebody else thinks about my choices.

Thanks!

It will all work together but why such a low end video card for such a nice CPU? Don't get me wrong, the 7750 is a nice budget GPU, but it is going to slow the rest of your gaming machine down. I would go with at minimum a gtx 660 or AMD 7850 for that rig. You could also save some money getting a cheaper psu. That one is way overkill for that rig (unless you plan to add in another GPU later) Are you going to add in a HDD for storage? And since you will be set up for overclocking your cpu, you might want a after market cooler...like the CM 212 Evo.

Hi guys,

Thanks for the quick replies. I will take your advice and get a better GPU as well as a newer SSD. I will go with Samsung 840 Pro and the AMD 7850 (http://www.dabs.ie/products/gigabyte-amd-radeon-7850-hd-900mhz-pci-express-3-0-hdmi-oc-8KR3.html).
