Forgot the admin password

So, on my parents PC, my brother changed my personal account on it to a standard account, from administrator, and changed himself to administrator, and also changed my password. Not knowing my password is changed, I changed myself back to admin, and changed him back to a standard account. Then, I realized my password was changed, and the idiot brother forgot the password also. How do we change the admin password without admin access?

because of the rules on the forum, we are not allowed to help you get around admin passwords. we don't know if it is actually your PC/ laptop / phone/ Ipod/Ipad ect...

if you have made a password reset disk then you can use that other wise we can't help you.

Well, this is rather unfortunate. Didn't make a password reset disk, didn't think any would be stupid enough to change my password -_-
