I don't think so, im sure it will run high pretty well but not sure on ultra at 1920x1080

my opinion would be medium to high would be smooth

what could i change in the build, so it can run far cry 3 on ultra with 60fps and stay under my 800 budget

the fact u are already over the $800 budget and u want faster gear for $100 less money doesn't leave us much

for your best chance swap it to an i5 3570k and a Z77 mobo (or wait for the i5 4570k and Z87)
Double check ur ram is 1.5 volt if ur switching to Intel also
