I'm on a budget of $1500 so this is only a few hundred off (I still need to buy a second 1920x1080 monitor as well).

I will not be building it myself, so please do not suggest that.

This mainly for gaming? If so, only thing I would do is swap down to the 3570K and put the difference into a 7870XT/7950 or comparable nVidia. Could also drop down to 8GB RAM and put that into a nicer GPU as well.

building it yourself will be cheaper by any means. but if you physically cant, get this partlist
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/V32u

go to us.ncix.com, add all the parts into the shopping cart, do the price matching, and then call us.ncix and ask them for a custom order for them to build it for you. it costs 50 bucks to do it and they will do a better job than ibuypower. emailing them will also work

Build it yourself, you will get so much more out of it than paying for a company to do it. Plus no bloatware!
