MOTHERBOARD: Asus M5A78L-M V2 MB Socket AM3+ 760G + SB710 2 x DDR3, DVI/ or Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P AMD 760G mATX Socket AM3+ Dual Channel DDR3-1333 RAID VGA/DVI Dual Output...

Memory: Kingston 4GB DDR3 1600MHz DIMM x2

Harddrive: Western Digital SATA3 1TB 7200RPM HDD

OPTICAL DRIVE: Asus or Samsung 24x Black Internal DVDRW, Dual Layer, Multi Format

CASE: Gigabyte GZ-X2 Black, Mid Tower Case

Power Supply: 500W

Windows 7 home premium 64-Bit.

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 650 Ti OC 2GB

How far can I overclock my cpu with my psu and stock cooling? Thanks! :)

Well it all depends on your ambient air temperature. I could run mine at 4.2 Ghz with stock cooling during the winter because my room was about 70F, but like the others said I would urge you to consider aftermarket cooling.

If you have a good 500w then you might be fine right now, I have a similar setup and I have a coolermaster 550w @4.7 Ghz. It all depends on the quality of the power supply.

I know it doesn't but it was good enough to run an FX4100 @4.7 Ghz, a GTX 670, and 4 hard drives so he should be fine.
