Hi Friends

I am building a new pc for gaming and my budjet is not too high.
I need an openion of i5 3570 ,3450 and FX 8350.One thing i want to make it clear is i m not going to oveclock the CPU as now a days most of the games are GPU demanding rather than CPU.

So which one is best buy for price and performance (with low budjet).
Also suggest me a low cost motherboard which can run these processors fine without bottleneck(no OC then no problem). Also i will be using my Old XFX HD 6850 for the next 6 months with 8Gb DDR 3@1600 MHZ and 1 TB HDD.

Thanks

Go with FX8350, Because it's Unlocked and In the Future you may want to overclock to Boost it's performance.

get i5 3570 if you can get it or i5 3470 is still fine.it is faster than fx 8350 in most games.so my vote is for i5 3570

And Go with a 970 Chipset if you don't plan on Crossfire.

Go with Gigabyte GA-970-ud3 if you go with AMD, but as He said, the Intel Solutions are faster, but amd has the future overclocking capabily. If you are planing to upgrade in a year or less, then go with Intel. The Cheapest of the 3 will do. And go with a H77 Motherboard. Heard that Gigabyte GA H77 d3h is a good choice.

So core i5 3450 with gigabyte GA-H77-DS3H.Shall i go with it?

If you do not plan to OC just buy a B-75 chipset motherboard. Gigabyte will cost you 4.5k and buy the Intel 3470. For games do not go for FX, FX is good for video rendering and stuff.

i suggest get i5 3550 as price difference is not big - slight boost in clock speeds

If you really want to save some money get the AMD FX 6300 .. its like a 100 dlls and you would notice no diference whatsoever providing you have a good GPU.

Nowadays gaming is all about the GPU.. dont even bother to much with CPU.

FX 6300 is really the best bang for the buck CPU right now. The BEST.
But it's not yet released in India. So that's not an option for you. I'd recommend the FX 8350 over an i5 (Especially when it's not even an unlocked multi processor).
Right now they might be standing on par in gaming (the FX 8350 vs the i5 3570k), but the gap is gonna keep increasing in favour of the FX 8350 as the time passes.
If you're gonna use the processor for atleast 1 year or more, i'd recommend going for the FX 8350. It's one hell of a kick ass processor, especially for future proofing (as games are obviously gonna become more multi threaded in future).

But an FX 8350 or any such high end processor is not really necessary as long as you're using a single GPU setup with GPU upto a 7870 or a GTX 660/660 ti.

I am going more towards FX 8350 but still core i5 3750 is not out of my mind. With core i5 3570 or AMD FX 8350 will Readon HD 6850 survive for next 1 year or more.i will be playing most of the games on 720p and few on 1080p resolution. After how long do i need to change the GPU ?

Currently i am using core 2 duo E7400 and can play most of the games on high settings except a few like crisis 3 on medium with 420p resolution with my GPU.

Best solution

Go with whichever processor you like & find attractive. Both i5 (Well, any sandy bridge or ivy bridge i5) & FX 8350 will play any game you throw at them. Also, your 6850 is fine for mid end gaming. At 720p, you can play most of the games just fine with that card. It's okayish.
