Does that model have a wireless switch on it and if it does, has it been turned off? If there is no switch, go into Internet Explorer and into the URL bar where you type web addresses, type 192.168.2.1 and press Enter. The Belkin manual should tell you the login details but sometimes admin will be the login name and password could be the password. Once in the settings pages, check the Wireless section to see which channel it broadcasts on. In the Properties of your wireless adapter in your PC, check that the channel is the same or is set to Roaming or Automatic. Post back if that doesn't help.
