im going to buy a new cpu so I need a new case for it, I have already exceeded my budget by far so I will be buy a case within $50

I need a case which will fit all my components easily and still provide good cooling for my GPU

I have buy these components
i5 3750k
sapphire hd 7950 with 3gb boost
ASRock Z77 Pro4 Motherboard
8gb ram
500gb HDD

ONE LAST THING, can you suggest me to cut my some of components so that it can fit in my budget(alteast $50 less)
for eg: can I buy hd 7870 instead of hd 7950 or my specs are fine

If you don't need the 3GB of vram, you can use a HD7870XT which is almost 7950 performance for 7870 price. Should cut down $50 in price.

For case, my personal favorite at that price point is the Elite 430. Nice window, decent cooling, and looks rather nice. For $50, you can't really complain. There are a couple other cases too.

The number of sub-$50 cases with good GPU cooling is fairly limited. I actually can't think of one that I'd recommend, off the top of my head. If you can go up to $80, the NZXT Phantom 410 is quite good in that regard (via this article: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/solo-ii-400r-buc-ravager-seiran,3274-10.html which may also give you some other options): http://www.outletpc.com/ya4644.html?utm_source=ya4644&utm_medium=shopping%2Bengine&utm_campaign=pcpartpicker&utm_content=@@BRAND@@%2B-%2B@@CATEGORY@@

If you absolutely need to stay under $50, you could try the Rosewill REDBONE U3: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147160&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

You could cut the 7950 down to a 7870 XT, if you particularly wanted to. You wouldn't lose a massive amount of performance, so the savings may well be worth it to you: http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=AT-7870XT2&c=CJ

Edit: Beaten to the punch, and by better suggestions to boot.

I will again extend my budget for case to around $80, but I cannot find NXZT in india( I live here) can u suggest any other case which is similar to that

again hd 7870 xt is out of stock in online stores, I will try to find it in other shops, so my question is can I buy Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7870 2GB GDDR5 Flex Edition 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card
they are almost the same price, is it equal to hd 7870xt in terms of performance
last thing, if hd 7870 xt is equal to hd 7950 it means it is better than gtx 660ti(or I am wrong)

Ah. Well, that article has a pretty solid list of good cases and exact cooling numbers, so you could look through and see which you can find.
The HD 7870 2GB Flex Edition is not by any means equal to the 7870 XT. The XT is a cut down Tahiti processor, of the sort used in the 7950 and 7970, while the standard 7870 uses the inferior Pitcairn architecture. The XT is, indeed, better than the 660 Ti. If you're completely unable to find a 7870 XT, you would probably want to just stick with the 7950. The losses you would take from dropping to a GTX 660 almost certainly wouldn't be justified by the savings.

one more thing, I m thinking of buying asrock z77 mobo, which uses lga1155 which is a dead end because haswell will not use it, so should I buy z68 mobo since I cannot upgrade my processor in future even with z77
