Asus P9X79 UEFI/BIOS Step by Step

Hi there,

I was wondering if any of you have a step by step manual of the Asus UEFI/BIOS for P9X79 Deluxe ? The reason why I am asking is to get a hang of the UEFI/BIOS and what does each thing do. I know that it has a short description in the UEFI on what its about but still not enough. Any one can give ma link to this if it exists ? Thanks !

The manual that came with your motherboard should give you most of the information you need. If you don't know what a setting does, in most cases the factory default will be fine for you.

As others said check the manual first. If that's not enough I wrote some guides over on the ROG forums with UEFI settings (overclocking based). You can use the Rampahge IV Extreme guides in the ROG forums - just omit any settings your board does not offer.
