My cousin has External HDD TOSHIBA "HDD2H91" 640GB that no longer work with him and he give it to me to solve this problem, but ..When I connect the device to my computer Windows give that sound indicates that there is a device connected to my computer, but does not appear in any place My Computer, DOS and BIOS. The hard prts from inside works fine and the head not stop moving all the time, I need at least to copy the data from it, I use some software such as MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition and EaseUS Todo Backup Free 5.8, but they could not detect it, what I have to do now I'm complatly lost :(
Thanks guys, Your bro Faisal

Be sure to boot from the right drive. Try picking the drive it should boot from manually.

If the drive doesn't show up in the BIOS either (when directly connected), I'm affraid there's little you can do, but send it to a company that can recover data.

I have SSD "the boot drive" and 1TB WD Black, When I connect the HDD from SATA port and sys tells there is no boot drive I go to BIOS to check the drives and BIOS shows me only the WD Black.. there is no other options!

I dunno what is the connection between SSD and that HDD!
