Additional Comments: I'm a heavy gamer, Online and off. World of Tanks, WarThunder, Warframe, COD, NFS, WOW, SC2, COH

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My sys as is still runs all said games decent. But I had to recently replace my Video card(BFG 8800GTS 512) as it started dying.
I know I have to be bottle necked by my older components now and also they have many years of hard gaming on them as is and are gonna go out on me sooner rather than later I'm sure

You're welcome. Let us know if you need anything else. :)

Edit: sorry didn't see your overclocking = no. You can save more money by downgrading the CPU to an Intel Core i5-3350P or Intel Core i5-3470, whichever is cheaper. And then remove the CPU Cooler.

I'd rather have aftermarket cooling anyway, Gets rather warm in here. But as far as the CPU, will either of those edge out the other in gaming at all?
